RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not provide Refunds on Digital Products. For Merch and other Physical Products please refer to the return policy below.

7-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from Simply Nook Digitals are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS
You can return the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem. However, Rs. 100 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

THE PROCESS

Step 1:
WhatsApp us or email us on [email protected] with your request.

Mention your full name, Order ID and Reason for return/exchange.

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2:
We Do Provide return pick up service but that process takes 12 working days to get done completely.

However you can courier the product to us at the given address below.
Once we receive the product we will do a quality check. If it passes the QC we will instantly process the exchange/refund. This is a much quicker and easier process without any processing fees.

Step 3:
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 10-12 days to reach us. For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality check. 

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.

FULL CASH REFUND
Refund is applicable under the following criteria’s:
1. Pre-paid orders.
2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)

Note:
We have a 100% refund policy on item cost. However, Rs. 100 will be deducted as Returns handling charges if done by us. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

REFUND ON COD ORDERS
For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value which means no cash refunds to bank account.

STORE CREDIT
Store credits are automatically applied to your account & can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to [email protected] or Whatsapp us.

WHEN REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
Under 2 cases:
1. For products on clearance
2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
